Charlie has in foster care a while now, he was a very worried boy to begin with.
He has settled well into foster care. Charlie is a very loving boy but is not comfortable being picked up. He likes his walks and toys. He is in foster with other dogs and cats, he's not keep on bouncy dogs in his face.
Charlie can live with other calm, small dogs or on his own if the home is experienced with small dogs.
He has been clean in his foster home however we can't guarantee this. Charlie is a very fussy eater.
